Typically discerned by the whining of comments such as "I can't get any work done because of your software, or your hardware," and typically finish their biased assessments with the flailing their arms in the air, and going out for a smoke outside, because that's really a productive thing to do instead. These users almost always have been written up by their superiors due to time management problems. Dealing with these users usually entails listening to their bantering until they feel they have made their point, crinkle an eyebrow showing that you want them to think you care, and leave. If you stall their work order for long enough, you might be lucky enough not not have to complete it due to their inevitable termination.

The deadline for the vacation has been established!

We have decided that we will have the Honeymoon we never got . It will be in 2 June's, in 2008. We have figured out after the money already save for vacation use only, that in the next 17 month's, we need to generate $1550 to accommodate airfare, and room and board, we'll figure the rest out later in savings, and Credit Cards... I think I am going to use any or all money generated by the side projects, to put directly into that fund. Basically, that's coming up with about $100 per month to cover it. This should be so hard to accomplish, but time will tell. The goal is to be on the beach, doesn't necessarily have to be ocean view, including round trip airfare for 2, rental car, and room costs

Super Bowl Sunday

Jason Marietta came over, we had a few beers, a just plain hung out. It was a very refreshing change, glad he stopped in. It would have been more fun if Todd and Chuck would have been around, but oh well, what can I really do about that anyways.

Like any other Monday....

I wish I would of stayed in bed. Its -3 degrees with a wind chill of -27 degrees. The first bridge I crossed this morning was covered in black ice, spun around 3 times, avoiding 3 guardrails, and all approaching cars, couldn't regain control, ended up in the median on I-69 south, just north of Charlotte. I get an email 1 minute later on my PDA from Rich, that says, "Careful, black ice on I-94..." couldn't help but laugh. The state trooper pulls up and says, "so, how's that Summer car treating ya?" Another thing that I had to laugh at. Well, nobody got hurt, and the car was untouched somehow. Guess I will move on with my day... 3 spins, if I was a NASCAR driver, I would of recovered from that one, damn....
